What kind of scrapbooker are you?

Well this past weekend was a HOT one!  A little to toasty for me.  We spent the weekend camping at with a friend.  We enjoyed the weekend (except the wind storm) with the kids.  The kids, I think they enjoyed the dirt the most!  Needless to say I have a lot of photos to add to my albums after this weekend, I think the theme will be Dirt!

So I am the kind of scrapbooker that likes all my photos in my albums.  Which means a lot of work, but I just can't seem to pick and choose which photos to use so I just grab all the good ones!  I really must zoom in less so the photos can be cropped more and I can get more on a page.  I like to call my style more of a 'fancy photo album'.   I average about 6 photos per page and usually put a minimum of 4 on one page.  I think we are going to have an album storage issue soon though!

So what kind of scrapbooker are you?  All your photos or just your favs(I have a book for them too!)?   The thing I love about scrapbooking is our books are all unique to the creator.  No matter how or what you scrapbook it is your book and a piece of you will always be a part of your albums.  What a legacy!

Scrapbooking with Preschoolers at Home:
How I get stuff done in my scrapbooks with three preschoolers at home.  As Bob the Builder would say... "Can we do it?  YES we can!"

My tip this week: Rotate... do your kids have a mountain of toys?  I rotate through the toys in the basement.  I keep some in a large rubbermaid container and every once and a while some come out and some dissappear.  I makes for a great distraction when trying to get some scrapbooking done!

Funny of the week at my house:

Today my boys turned 4, where does the time go?  Last night in the tub one of the boys was saying that he was going to buy a skate board one day and ride it around and round (complete with arm movements).  We aren't really sure where this came from as we don't know anyone that skate boards.  Now this is the fella that doesn't sleep at night, maybe he has mastered the television remote?
