Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Cranberries... In July?

Most of you are probably aware that last weekend we had our CHRISTMAS IN JULY card class. The class itself was a big hit and we do still have some Christmas supplies left over. Now I know Amanda mentioned all this on her blog so thats where I will end that...

What I really want to chit chat about is the Core'dinations Paper. We recently received the Core'dinations paper in single sheets. Now, there is a catch. Since we do not have a home yet for these papers they are sitting happily in a cardboard box in the back classroom. Not the prettiest of homes for these papers but a home nonetheless.

Now, for those of you who do not know about the Core'dinations Paper here is my two cents.

The Core'dinatinos paper is a cored paper so that when you tear, sand, and antique it a different color (the core color) will show through. So for instance if you had a dark brown piece you could sand it and have flecks of purple showing through.

This stuff is really fun to experiment with and it helps bring some contrast to your layouts.

And for those of you who just can't decided what colors to get we still do have Core'dination pack that have a selection fo different colors.

I think I'll be making a trip to your store! My friend just told me about it and I'm in need of some supplies I hope you can help with =) Plus those Core'dinations always look really cool. I might 'need' some!
