Weekly Update & Miscellaneous Meanderings
It is amazing how quickly the long weekend passed! We had a busy one and I added to my collection of photos that need to be scrapbooked!A friend and his mom showed up on Sunday and helped us plant a garden. The weather wasn't the best and we all got a little wet but the kids had a great time planting seeds and picking sticks out of our garden. I didn't think we would get one planted this year it was very kind of our friend to come out and till up our soil and help us out. I can't wait to put these photos in the kids Scrapbooks! I will have to use some of the Kaiser Craft flowers (we just got a large shipment of these) for my garden pages! The new packs come with flowers in 3 sizes!
I am not complaining about the snow, just yet, as it gave me a chance to enjoy our fire place on Monday and get some more of my scrapbook area organized. The kids were very helpful by being good!
Scrapbooking with Preschoolers at Home #9:
How I get stuff done in my scrapbooks with three preschoolers at home. As Bob the Builder would say... "Can we do it? YES we can!"
#8 -Being flexible. This is one of my issues, I think I like routine more than the kids. I had an hour set aside in the morning for my scrapbooking. Well it just was not working anymore for the kids, so I am now trying to do a little in the afternoon instead. The adjustment seems to have worked well and the kids love to be outside in the morning so they are ready for a little quiet time in the afternoon!

Funny of the week at my house:
Dishes, yes my 3 year olds have decided that dishes are a fun thing to do (bet you when they are teenagers they won't feel the same way!). No not just clearing the table actually washing them too. They were actually arguing over who got to wash and who got to rinse. Those little hands are good at getting into small spaces. The older of the two was telling the other one that he missed a spot and had to re-wash a glass. Where do they learn this stuff anyway? (Yes I have photos and some video too!)
P.S. We would love to hear from you please leave a comment! :)
