Oooops A little late this week!

Weekly Update & Miscellaneous Meanderings

My goodness it's Tuesday already!  I am a little slow this week!  I am anxious to get into the store on Thursday as I had the weekend off so I need to check out the new stock that has arrived!

I enjoyed the weekend outside with the kids and I even managed to get a part day scrapbooking in on Sunday with some friends!  Good weather or not I have my priorities! :)  I try to set aside one day a month to scrapbook, next time I am hoping for a rainy day!

Scrapbooking with Preschoolers at Home #10:
How I get stuff done in my scrapbooks with three preschoolers at home.  As Bob the Builder would say... "Can we do it?  YES we can!"

#10 - In keeping with our recent posts about getting back to the basics and keeping it fun I thought I would continue the conversation! A lot of us seem to have a backlog of photos, our darn kids are just so cute we keep snapping away!  If you are like me I find it very hard not to include EVERY SINGLE cute picture in my albums.   So how do I try to avoid making my stack of photos become a very daunting task.  I like the KISS principle.  Keep It Simple Silly (it's actually Keep It Simple Stupid but I prefer silly though as it sounds a little nicer).  I try to keep this in the back of my head when I am sifting through my mounds of photos.  I do like to embellish my pages but I try to keep them fairly simple.  My scrapbooks are not the fanciest around but they do have some bling and flowers (of course) and they do capture the thoughts and stories that go with the photos.  So grab those photos and KISS away! :)
